When I upgraded from Windows 8. I would like to have a guest account, but apparently that is not offered in Windows I added a user account and when that user signs in the usual "welcome" appears and is immediately followed by "signing out". Therefore is account is useless. The added user account was set up for an adult that is not a family member.
I have set up this account with and without a Microsoft account sign in and with and without a password. The end result has been the same in all cases. What can I do to get a usable account?
